Can I have a sample?
Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

What is the lead time?
Samples takes 7-10 days, mass production takes 30-35 days, also it depends on the order volume.

Do you have any MOQ limit?
The MOQ of the products for home use is 200pcs and for commercial use is 50 pcs.

Can you accept mixed batch of different products?
Yes, we support different product mix wholesale, there is no limitation for raw materials, mechanical parts and color specifications, etc.

How do you ship the goods and how long does it take for delivery?
We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEX or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive.
